Difflow offers a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your product! We will provide the return shipping label, and there is a restocking fee at the cost of original and return shipping + 10% of the price of the product. This covers having the product re-powdercoated and providing fresh packaging. If there is additional damage to the product upon arrival, there may be an additional fee removed from your refund to cover the cost of repairing the product. We make NO profit on returns, we are simply covering the cost of getting the product to a re-sellable state. If you receive a product in the mail that is damaged, please contact us immediately and we will get a replacement product on the way. Please be willing and able to provide photographic proof of damage so there is a better chance of our shipping insurance covering us!

ALL products are made-to-order. We will typically ship within 10 business days of receiving your order. Sometimes it is a little more, sometimes it is a little less. If we are out of stock on anything required to fill your order, powdercoat is taking longer than usual, or there are any setbacks that would cause a delay with your order shipping for any reason, we will try to inform you. If we have not informed you and it's running late, don't be afraid to ask! We don't bite!
