PRODUCT SAFETY
Difflow, LLC and the products on this website are to be used at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your vehicle, property or physical well-being due to use of our product. Difflow, LLC guarantees that our products undergo testing to make sure that the product fits and are aligned properly to our testing vehicle(s) before we sell it. We cannot guarantee that our products will fit your car unless the area and body around the designated area are left original / stock from the factory.

SHIPPING
Once your order is received, we will ship out the product within 2 business days. We box our product ourselves and package it with soft materials to ensure that the product arrives undamaged. We are FOB Shipping point, meaning that once the product has been shipped; it’s in the responsibility of the carrier until it reaches the customer. We will not ship a product unless shipping has been paid for by the customer first. We will provide the customer with a tracking # once the product has been shipped. We require a signature from a residence in order for the product to be given to the customer.

RETURNING
We accept returns only if the package has not been opened. You must pay shipping to have the product sent back to us. When it's received and looked over, we will give a full refund if the product isn't damaged.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We make sure that our products are shipped off damage free. All products undergo an inspection and cleaning before they are packaged and shipped off. We package our products well. It's up to the receiver to purchase shipping insurance if they want to make sure that the product arrives un-damaged.
